All Ba Ba Seatskins’ products are hermetically treated.  Since our products have skin contact when in use, we have a strict return policy due to health concerns.

Returnable Items

Sheepskin Universal Infant Seat covers in Pastel or Exotic Prints

Restrictions: Returnable only from the original purchaser AND if the packaging is unopened upon our inspection.

Refundable Amount:  The refund amount will be the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee (no shipping cost will be reimbursed).  We will waive the 20% restocking fee if you apply the return to another item of equal or greater value.

Sheepskin Infant Rug

Restrictions: Returnable only from the original purchaser AND if the packaging is unopened upon our inspection.

Restrictions:  Exchangeable only if unused upon our inspection and for a different size or another item of equal or greater value (no shipping cost will be reimbursed).

Non Returnable Items

Special Order* seat covers are not returnable as they are custom made. 

Sheepskin Seat Accessories (shoulder/lap belt covers, armrest covers, headrest covers, shield covers) are not returnable as they are custom made.

Stroller Inserts are not returnable as they are custom made.

Jogger Inserts are not returnable as they are custom made.

*  Special Order items are any seat cover made in any of the Available Colors or Combinations.
